Download emails are sent within minutes of a completed transaction.

There have been problems with email spam blockers interfering. You might turn off anything of that nature: Norton Security, etc, and see if it comes on in.

If you're with AOL you might want to check your spam blocked folder(I'm not sure what they call it).

If that's not it, MTU will get it squared away for you.
