Re: Too much money for a product that won't work.

I am a customer like you. Let me re-phrase that. I am a satisfied Hoster and MTU laptop purchaser. The company does make good on its products. Hoster's latest version is 3006 now and that problem has been solved.
I have MTU's laptop and I take advantage of all the free upgrades, when available. If not I upgrade for a small charge. You just have to keep up to what's happening for these upgrades in a timely manner. MTU does Beta test it's products and does solve some impossible bugs. It has come a long way to being a program that we all play a part in creating. MTU listens to us and bends over backwards to have the best karaoke program out there.

20.000 thousand songs on a 60Gig hard drive! Yes it was a lot of hard work, but hasn't your customer tried out a few installed songs first before installing that many? It seems the purchaser should have complained long ago and could have had a free upgfrade. But I am wondering why you chose to complain now instead of the original purchaser.

A software upgrade from MTU for Hoster is all that's left to try and I advised the customer not to put any more money into upgrading the software when he already paid for the program once and its malfuntion isn't his fault. He, as well as everyone else who experiences this problem, should NOT have to pay to upgrade a program that simply will not work.
Because your customer missed the free upgrade and now may have to pay for it at this late date, you as a third party want all of us to join you in your complaint.

Any suggestions?
Not really, but is it a MTU laptop?
