Terry,
There is some program that is tying up the ASPI drivers. You need to look at what you have Installed on your computer. If you go to Add/Remove Programs and list every item in this, minus all the Windows Hotfixes and Service packs, then I might beable to tell you what to try, that may fix this.

If you have any USB Camera software loaded you might try removing this also to see if this is what is causing the problems.
