I went with a M-Audio 1010lt sound card that is designed for studio recording and sound play back in Stereo or mono only not a gamers card. I am hoping this will give me the sound quality that is close to the Disc's less what I lose for KMA compresion at 192 Kps.
The other Thing about this card is it has 10 inputs and 10 out puts, 2 of the inputs are XLR with mic pre-amps and 6 inputs are RCA, with the right program it makes a real nice Digital 8 Tr. Recorder.
