Dittos on that last comment! I've got the same setup as Kelly, and for some reason if you connect the video out of your karaoke machine to a t.v. that's also hooked up to cable, you get a terrible ground loop that's really annoying.
As Kelly said, just unscrew the cable wire from the cable input on the t.v. set
and voila! the noise is gone.
