This Monitor probably has an
Analog input,
S-Video input,
RCA composite input. If you're going in via the RCA composite input then the unit needs to be set on that setting or you will not get a thru signal.
Do you have a S-Video to RCA converter between the connections? If you don't you'll need one. (Radio Shack about $20)
When you used it before was you using the same connection or was it coax(analog) connection. If so, then it needs to be switched from analog setting to RCA composite setting. This is like that so you can have multiple input connections w/o two signals playing at the same time.
That's all I can suggest might be the problem.
