some times buying the most expensive video card is not the way to go.
buy the cheap built by ATI card with a RCA connection out and you will have no problems.
i bought the built by ATI with s video out and had nothing but problems with it. changed to the rca connection card and am trouble free ever since.
i bought mine in 2002.
