Re: UPGRADE Problem
I may have had a problem connecting initially, as it is no longer asking for the floppy disk drive. I did have a problem with a router and have disconnected it and am doing a direct connection from the cable modem now. It no longer asks for the floppy disk drive, it just says the registration number do not match or something to that effect.
I have tried and retired all the codes several times to no avail. I tried the ones they gave me and from all the previously purchased software from MTU-- none of those work.
I am wondering if they were never registered in the first place as I purchased the computer with the software on them.
How can I get codes that work?
