Sunfly tried using this multi-layer technique before to stop people copying there discs. It back fired as a lot of the older CDG machines could not play them. So they had to backtrack and return to the normal standard.

I also hear that even normal audio cd's are going to structured in such a way that they can't be played on a PC. I think this will back fire on the record companies. Lots of people now use PC's and laptops to listen to music as they work.

You may find Sound Choice will have to relent if their products won't work on older CDG machines.
