do yourself a favor, only put a small hard drive on for the "c:" drive for the operating system, and put nothing on it but the operating system and programs,

then put a 250 or more gig hard drive for music. use norton ghost 2003 and make a backup image of the "c" drive to the "c:" drive.

The reason is if you ever crash, and you will one day, the "c" will be the one to crash in all likelyhood. you can reimage, and be up and running in 15 minutes rather than hours.

also I use a usb hard drive to back up the d: drive.

Backup is the best investment you can make.
