William, you say "Authorization successful", yet you don't find it installed. It appears the Authorization failed.
Make sure you enter the Email and Serial Number that we provided you on your Installation Instructions. The UPPER/lower case of each letter is absolutely critical. If one is wrong, it won't unlock and install.
