You can break down the BIN to Mp3 + CDG (two files).

Play the mp3 in the Windows Media Player and listen for the "POPS."

If POPS are present, then you can use a Sound Editor, such as Cooledit, to clean up the anamolies.

Once Mp3 is edited, re-combine into Bin and re-import into Hoster.
