I was wondering if the majority of Hoster users are using a separate player to play any CDGs brought in by the singers? There was another thread that touched on this, but it is now closed. The title of that thread is:
bring back edit ability to singer in play list. I am dismayed by this because I was hoping to eliminate equipment by using Hoster. Is it really not a good idea to use my DVD/CDG burner at shows to play the singer's discs? I'd like to know what others are doing and have experienced. Also, if you are using a separate player, would you include an explanation of how you are hooking both up to your TVs? I am usually using RCA plugs and wondered how everyone is doing their video connections.
