This only telling you that Microstudio is unable to set your resolution for our player to 320x480. This is not what you have to set your display to. The reason that you will get this with an ATI card is one of the following two:
1) You havent installed DirectX 8.0. To find out how to check it and update it please read:

2) The other thing that could cause this is that you might have to upgrade your Video drivers from ATI's website to support DirectX 8.0. There website is
