Maybe I can shed some light on this problem

First, in versions 2.212 and prior, the Singers Display window would ALWAYS still be visible after thd song stopped playing. You could resize it to be very small. In version 2.213, we made a significant change, documented as feature #4 on this web page, and in the 2.213 Manual under Playing a Show > The Singers Display.

The Hoster control screen ALWAYS had a fixed Preview window that shows you what the Singers see in their window.

SINGLE DISPLAY MODE: If you did not have a dual-display OR did not have it set up correctly in Extended Mode, then the Singers Display window would ALWAYS appear on the single display along with the Hoster screen. When a song starts playing it will force the Singers Display window to go full screen. When the song stops playing, in 2.212 and prior versions, the Singers Display window reverted back to a resizeable window and users would shrink it down to get out of the way. In 2.213 it disappears completely to get it out of the way.

DUAL DISPLAY MODE: If you do have a Dual-Display and it is set up correctly in Extended Mode, after you have moved the Display #2 to the second (TV) monitor, then the Singers Display window always appears over there. When a song starts playing it will force the Singers Display window to go full screen ON MONITOR #2. When the song stops playing, in 2.212 and prior versions, it reverted back to a resizeable window ON MONITOR #2, and users would shrink it down to get it out of the way. In 2.213 it disappears completely to get it out of the way.
