Did you really mean to say 73 (Seventy-Three) MHz?

I don't think so!

However, if it is 730MHz, then you are probably safe. There may be some of the Plextor software that may have problems with some functions. But the drive should run fine.

Microstudio will run fine on a 350MHz for reading and writing discs and playing. Run the demo if you are concerned.

I would recommend you ask your Plextor vendor IN WRITING AS A CONDITION OF YOUR PURCHASING that if it won't do the CDG format correctly and won't run on your computer that you can get a refund (less any shipping of course!). Use your credit card so YOU can get the refund if they don't respond back to you IF you have to return the drive... IN THE EVENT it doesn't work.

Don't be frightened by this statement. It is intended only to give you the POWER to insure you end up with a solution, not a drive that won't meet your needs. That's what we are here for!
