I have been unable to successfully get MicroStudio to run on my machine after 2 months of ownership and several correspondences with Tech Support. I subsequently received an email telling me to download the latest version using the included username and password. So how do I download it. Every method I could find on the website required me to either buy another copy or pay for an upgrade.
