This download link has been used up. If you have a download accelerator program on your computer, turn it off before contacting MTU for instructions.
I don't have an accelerator program. To clear that question. I never had such a hard time trying to upgrade any program before.
What do they mean? "This download link has been used up". I only get one shot at the download, or is it a choice of words?

Our download links are set to 100 downloads. So the problem is not the link.
Our web site will report this message if all 100 of the allowed downloads are used up...
OR if the link you try to connect to our site with is incorrect.
It appears to us that you are not entering the full download link. Your email program probably split it across 2 lines, which probably prevents you from clicking it directly as it is designed to work. If you can't click it and you are copying-pasting it into your Internet Browser, then make sure you get both lines.
A normal download link will start with
http://and end with something like
id=S3AUDRIZ5PQA. The ending characters will always be different for each download link.
You must copy from the start to the end, including everything between them that I omitted for sake of example and to prevent anyone from trying the example above.
