Steve,
What you have is a freeware that converts from .bin to mp3+g but what I'm saying is .cdg to mp3+g and more!
This way you can use Microstudio with your Multisession disk and than convert the cdg file in the hard drive to mp3+g.
You also have the option to just change the extension to .bin and use your freeware but just thought I could help
