I am very sorry you didn't get an email answer. However, as I type, our web site is receiving a spam or good email every 5 seconds. That's 720/hour, or 17,280 in 24 hours.
Our problem is spam. To survive - trying to process 17,000 to 80,000 emails a day is SURVIVAL - we are forced to use spam filters. Can't say what happened, but yours didn't get through the several filters we have in place.
That's why we have the Forums. You see your post, we see your post, and we can answer it. Also, we have been understaffed with sickness, a birth and vacations so things are behind. We try to do out best.
There's a link I think under Microstudio Help that discusses why Emails are only 40% or less effective today.
