You may have a very long wait!
Audio dropouts are not a problem exclusive to Hoster. A Google search about
audio dropouts, audio drop and audio drops will produce close to 10,000 hits and at first glance I couldn't find one related to Hoster.
Sound cards architecture and computer systems come in many shapes and flavors. There's something called "sound buffers" among other things that control how sounds are reproduced.
I can assure you MTU is working overtime not only in trying to solve the
sound dropouts mystery but to deliver to its clients a software product as close as perfect as humanly possible.
It'll happen.
