Did you think that perhaps they are not ignoring you, but rather, working on the upgrade so that those of you with the new (yet unsupported) drive will have support for the drive? Not trying to be rude or anything, but have some patience, I'm sure they are working to get this upgrade out as soon as they can. MTU has never let us down before, I have seen no reason to believe they will start now...
