Please go to your Forum registration (click
user cp button above to do this), and change your registration email to your "hotmail" address you used to order. Then, we can locate your records in the future should you need our help.
My guess is your Windows ME computer doesn't have a network (Ethernet) card. However, if you have RoadRunner, you have a network card.

If this is not the answer, please give us more details of what you are doing. I see that your 2.604 version is installed. Is it you can't run it? If so, do you see the error message "Serial Number does not match registration", or something like this? Give us more to work with so we can help you.
Microsoft has discontinued support for ME. You need to buy a new computer that runs Windows XP Home or Pro. MTU will stop supporting Windows 98SE and ME before the end of 2004. There are too many problems cropping up, just like this one, for us to continue support. We have no choice but to drop 98SE and ME.
