I CAN SEND YOU ONE, I remember it, because I worked for 3 months to get the problem out, and I used it for a test file. It will consistantly give you the problem if your machine isnt set up just right. But the problem I was seeing with it is only during the initial screen draw of the cover screen, it would skip, and the video would also have a pause when it skipped.
