experienced the same problem w/ memorex.......
not alot though, had one 25 pack that was total junk for karaoke.
but most of the time they're ok, especially to burn cd's you take with you to go out and sing with(if it gets screwed up, or ripped off, no biggie)
They definitely require slower burn speeds to avoid write errors,or bad medium detected errors.
