Please Post this information to this forum post.

1) Click the Start Menu and the Run command

2) Type in dxdiag and click the OK Button. This will run the DirectX Diagnostic program that automatically gathers information about your computer setup.

3) Once the information collection ends, click the Save all Information button at the bottom of the Dxdiag window.

4) A dialog box will appear that allows you to select where to save the file to any location that you would like to store the file.

5) Change the filename to dxdiag from Yourfirst Lastname (example: dxdiag from Joe Smith)

Once you have the File on your computer. Come to this post and click Click to Answer. Once it opens so that you can type a new post in, click the Browse button at the bottom. This will be to the Right of Attach File. Go and Find the file that you just created above. Once you have the file selected, click Open. It will then attach it to this post when you click the Submit Reply button.
