Nice card but.....

It’s my understanding that the MSI FX-5600 is a discontinued product. Originally it was an OEM version based on an nVidia Chipset.

The MSI that precedes FX-5600 stands for the licensee’s company name which is Micro Star International.

Micro Star licenses chipsets from many companies to use in their rather diverse line of products. They even use ATI technology to manufacture their version of ATI’s RADEON 9100.

There are many excellent graphics cards in the marked today.

I recommended the ATI graphics line because I believe that MTU tests its products within the ATI platform. Thus there should be no problems with these cards.

There are very good graphics cards at all price ranges.

Sometimes, saving a couple of bucks is not the best solution to a problem.
