I took the time to test this Radeon 7000 (built by) and you're right, the graphic doesn't work properly but it's a driver problem that could be fixed if you go back to previous version.

I went back to previous driver which is dated August 13, 2003 and it did fix the problem! This driver I believe is the original version or the Windows XP version?

This card is not DirectX 9.0 but it will still work correctly with Microstudio BUT only with this driver.
