When you select "Tools", then "Prepare Song Book...", I assume you checked "Last name First." After the song book files have been created and you open the file ARTISTS.RTF what results do you see -
1. None of the artists' names appear "last name first"
2. Some artists' names appear "last name first"
3. Most artists' names appear "last name first"
The reason I ask is, I had a similar problem when I first got started with Hoster. The problem turned out to be me. Some of the CDG's I imported were in the Hoster database and all of the CDG information got filled in automatically and properly, LastName comma FirstName. I didn't have to enter the data by hand. Other CDG's of course were not in the Hoster database and I entered the data by hand. My error was that when entering the artists' name I entered it "FirstName LastName". Now, when the song book files were created, "Last Name First", the songs that were in Hoster's database were fine but the songs that I had entered came out as I had entered them "FirstName LastName." The "Prepare Song Book" routine is looking for the comma between the first and last name. My hand entered data didn't have the comma. The solution of course was to go back and correct my mistakes. Took me a week, not fun
