The only thing that it shows that you have tried to Register is Micrsotudio, which it stated you were using your NEW EMAIL, which for these codes is incorrect. You must use your OLD Email.
Also on your last try of Microstudio, you entered your Old serial number, only put the Upgrade Reg code in the Original RegCode location. Then try again it will then work correctly.
