And that's why they have chocolate and vanilla ice cream, but don't presume to tell all us satisfied users we are wrong about a program that we've had no trouble with.

I'd doubt there is a single piece of software out there that someone hasn't had a problem with, so I guess the safe route is don't buy any, Windows included.

And yes, firewalls and anti virus programs are notorious for causing problems, but it's no big deal to shut one off for a brief period to use a program and then turn it back on. Why do you think Norton has made it so easy to enable/disable from the desktop for ?
