Remove the Demo version. Remove the Full version. Reboot the computer, and then reinstall the Full Version.

It seems something happened to your ASPI Drivers. This should fix it, but if not then please update the ASPI drivers as described at: http://mtu.com/kb/index.php?page=index_v2&id=23&c=1
