Jerry... I'm sorry you had difficulties. There are so many variables on PC/Windows computers today this can happen. I'm glad to see you are now up and running.

Email MTU button at top left of this screen. Any email program will work. We don't use Outlook either!

Go to MTU.com button beside it takes you back to our web site home page. There you will see the navigation links in the left column.
Click the Contact MTU link link for other emails.

Click the Customer Support link to read how to get support. BTW: you are doing exactly what we recommend.
