Hey man, I'm sorry you've got problems with this, however, I am very happy you do. So I'm not the only one in the karaoke world with this mysterious problem. I too have searched the trouble shooting system and still am questioning. I also, am hoping that the KHP 2.0 will be a fix to many of this.
