need my install record cleared.
I have installed my programs on ME and XP when I had a dual boot system. Now I have reformatted my drive and an using only XP but I cannot load KHP software. I have only loaded this software on one computer and one computer only. I guess the server does not know what computer I am using, but anyway, Please reset my account so I can load my programs.
