Tried to open Microstudio and it said my sereial number did not match. Is told me to reinstall which did and nothing happened. I'm not good at computers and need help. Do I want to uninstall the program and start from scratch, and do I need to be online to install?. I seem to recall having a hard time installing it before. Thanks for any help.
