Mlepine- I thank you for the time you took to help me with my Karaoke Pro software. Mysteriously, under "Devices with Removable Storage," my "DVD/CD-RW Drive (D)" returned(which is where all my karaoke songs were stored) and now I can continue to write tracks from that source, which now, albeit temporarily, resolves my problem. You're probably right that Windows cannot properly communicate with the Karaoke Pro software. Now, the "Audio CD drive" is no longer there, nor the "E drive".
