Hi- Thanks for your reply(and patience)- First, I did, albeit temporarily, resolve my problem by sending the selected karaoke tracks from the Audio CD "device"(I mistakingly called it a drive- I'm not that computer literate) to My Documents and successfully wrote the tracks onto a blank cd. - To answer your two questions- a. Under Hard Disk Drives, it says "Local Disk(C)" - b. Under Devices with Removable Storage, it says, ONLY "Audio CD(D)- curiously, it no longer includes "Drive E"- you may remember that I had said that it used to say, D drive(not sure of the exact wording, but it was that drive(?) that contains all the karaoke songs I created from Karaoke Pro(not Microstudio, again my mistake as you mentioned)- and that's the "device" that has disappeared and, more important, was the one from which I could write the created karaoke tracks. Do you have any idea as to why the devices change under "Devices with Removable Storage"? - You also asked about my operating system; I'm not sure what that means, but I think you might mean the type of computer I'm using- it's Windows XP(laptop). - In closing, though I've temporarily resolved my major problem, I would like to be able to access the D drive/device. - Thanks again for all your help. - Frank - P.S. You also asked about my saving the karaoke tracks in Local Disk C as well as the mysterious D drive. If I remember correctly, when I learned how to create the karaoke trackss by reading the manual, it suggested that they be saved in two separate areas. Having just referred to the manual to double check what I thought I learned, I don't see it; however, I noticed that it says that I should have used the "Save Command" to protect all the projects should a crash occur- guess I'd better do that. Where do you suggest I export the cdg's?
