Data drive died
My hard drive with all my music (at least 60 gig) just died on me!
This drive was build in Sept 03, purchased in Dec 03 and is a Maxtor Plus 9 with 160 gig capacity. Used the Power Diag software from maxtor & it confirmed that the drive is not responding it gave me 3 error codes.
A suggestion to all: ALWAYS MAKE A BACK UP WHILE EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY!!
The drive is still under warranty but it's all this lost of data... I did have a back up of at least 80% of the drive but I will still loose my recent master recording!!!!
