Your motherboard that you have does have a sound card installed on it. You will need to make sure that you have loaded the drivers for the Intel motherboard that you have in the system. If not this would be the reason that your DXDIAG is showing no Sound Card.
I would also recommend running all of the Windows Updates from Microsoft. Aso for you Rejumpering your drives and then the CDR drive not showing up anymore, then you might need to also update your drivers for your Motherboard.
I would update all of your drivers and then you should have a better system to be ready to go with.
