Thanks for answering my post. I am not good with computers to start with. I couldn't begin to find out how to check the drives. I followed the instal setup and got warnings to remove this hardware from my computer. I thought I figured that out but it still happens, I skip that warning and try to copy a karaoke cd and get the new warning message. I think the one I have is bad. I my need to just send it back for a new one. It is compatible with my computer and I have all the requirerments needed to install. Any thing you can think of to try and get this thing to work? I've been fighting with it since August to no avail.
