At this point I would suggest that you try another recording software, if you receive the same message, then there is a problem with the drive and it simply cannot record properly on the same media you are now using. You can try using Roxio Easy CD Creator or Nero Burning if you have any of these. If you don’t, you can use PlexTools Professional from Plextor which you can download for free
by clicking here.
You can also try using another media brand to see if the problem lies with your current media, (you could have a defective batch, as unlikely as it may seem.)
If you are able to record with different software, then the problem probably is with your current software, in this case, a new version of MicroStudio is being released any day now, if there is a problem with your current version, chances are it will be corrected with the new release.
