Try this:
On MicroStudio click on Drivers tab located on the top menu. Then
Choose Speed Selection
On the speed selection pop-up screen uncheck the boxes, reading drive and writing drive if they are checked.
Arrow down on each box and choose a higher speed such as 40X or 48x
Click Okay to exit and try to write again.
