The three simplest things that could cause this are:

1-Extreme care must be taken entering all the data on the installation page preceding the reg code page during the installation process. Any differences there from the MTU files could mess things up.

2- The reg. codes are case sensitive. Manually inputing from the keyboard is not recommended. It is too easy to make an error, and believe it or not consistantly repeat the same error. Copy and paste is the only safe way to enter reg. codes.

3-Make certain you are using the correct reg code. Believe it or not we have had two incidents recently where the wrong product code was being attempted repeatedly. I doubt if this is true in your case as MTU probably would have caught it on the system and advised you, but check it out anyway.

If none of the above is the problem, I'm at a loss as I pointed out in a previous post on the other thread, as to what changed from one day to the next.
