This is odd. What I would try doing is to upgrade all of your Audio and Video drives from Pro-Star. Here is the link to the latest drivers from them: http://www.pro-star.com/index.cfm?ma...elno=8854/888E

This could be the problem, the video drive on there will support DirectX 9.0, so give that a shot and let me know what happens.
