I certainly agree that we can duplicate our CDG's as a backup ONLY copy. Further, I think we can use either the original or backup when we do a public performance. We need the original available somewhere to prove we have it.
I think you need to purchase another set of CDG's for your second show. The "licensing fee's" should cost you as much or more than buying the CDG's. Then you have to add in the cost of your lawyer.
Nice try but I think you're overstepping on this one IMO.
