Right click on the Desktop, where there is no Icon. Left click on Properties. Left click the Settings tab. On this tab you should see Monitor 1 and Monitor 2. If you have dual display. Click on Monitor 2 and then check the box below that states "Extend My Windows Desktop onto this Monitor".

If it has this then it should work for Dual Display, but that Video chip that you have, may not work correctly with Hoster. We have had alot of problems in the past with the S3 chipsets.
