Have you tried the changing the Hardware Acceleration on the Audigy Card as stated in this forum post:

Honestly, this is the only thing that I can think of that would cause this problem. We are not having any other clients that are reporting this, so I am at a loss as to what else to tell you to try. You could also try updating your drivers for the Audigy directly from Creative's site.
Let me know if this does anything for the problem.
