This is the problem, that the computer doesn't have all of the updates.
What you need to do is connect to the Internet, Click the Start Menu, Windows Updates. Once this page comes up, click the Scan for Updates link to the right hand side. Make sure to do all of the Updates as there are probably many if you have never done this before, and alot of them are critical ones for Security of your system.
Once you have finished all of these, please Retry the Installation.
