I got email telling me that the newest version was online and can't get the download to open...I get this message: Authorization Required. This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.
Also, how long do I get for upgrades from date I bought it?
